My name is Carrie and I’m an artist in a really general sense of the word.  There is no telling what type of project I might be working on (or procrastinating getting to) at any given point in time.

This blog will be a parking place for any kind of writing I might do and want to share.

I’ve put off creating a writing blog for myself for a long time because I’ve got some residual neurosis from elementary school about sharing my ideas.  I mean, if you have no opinions then no one can yell at you about them, right? That’s what I say! Or, do you think that’s a stupid idea? Okay, never mind.  Pretend I didn’t say that.

 

I have especially been wanting to work on writing about the books, films, and art that I encounter.* I think having a forum to share reviews will encourage me to actually do the work.
